Indications (What it Treats):

Scabies Infestations: Indicated for the topical treatment of scabies in adults and pediatric patients 4 years of age and older.

Head Lice Infestations: Indicated for the topical treatment of head lice infestations in adults and pediatric patients 6 months of age and older.
Active Ingredients:

Spinosad – 0.9% W/W (0.9 mg Spinosad per gram)
Other Ingredients: Benzyl Alcohol, Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Cetearyl Ceteareth-20, Alcohol, FD&C Yellow #6, Hexylene Glycol, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Isopropyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Water, Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) as pH Adjuster.
Directions for Use (Usual Adult Dose for Scabies):

Apply the lotion to the whole body from the neck down.

Rub lightly into the skin until the lotion disappears.

Crucial Step: It is highly important to include all skin surfaces, such as between the fingers and toes, under the nails, and on the soles of the feet.

Leave the lotion on for at least 8 hours before washing off.

Reapply to any area that may be washed during the 8-hour treatment time (such as after washing hands).
-
If necessary, the lotion should be used again after 7 days as per the advice of a doctor.
